Job summary

ResMed, via HireArt, seeks a Forklift Driver for on-site work in Moreno Valley, CA. Responsibilities include transporting materials, operating forklifts, and preparing shipments. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The position offers full-time hours with 1st or 2nd shifts; qualifying candidates must have a HS diploma or GED and at least 6 months with a Raymond 7500 stand-up reach forklift. Steel-toe shoes are required from Day 1.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ months experience with a Raymond 7500 stand-up reach forklift.
• Comfortable being on feet for the majority of the scheduled work shift.
• Steel-toe shoes are required starting on Day 1.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Possess a customer-centric commitment to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Display energetic, self-motivated and quick thinking with positive attitude.
• Flexible to work varying schedules, hours, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to walk and occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and verify items in shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders or records.
• Move materials from receiving/production to storage or other areas.
• Operate equipment to place palletized materials on racks or in bins according to product codes.
• Fill requisitions and distribute materials and stock items.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare pallets or shelves for shipping.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open boxes and prepare parcels for shipping.
• Record amounts received or distributed and maintain inventory records.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job description

Expected compensation: 19.50 - 21.00 USD Per Hour

HireArt is helping ResMed hire a Forklift Driver to be responsible for transporting materials, tools, equipment, and products by operating motorized and non-motorized equipment.

Available Shift

• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (flexible to work Saturdays on occasion) $19.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM (flexible to work Saturdays on occasion) $21.00/hr

As a Forklift Driver You'll

• Compare identifying information and counts items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records.
• Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Operate equipment to place palletized materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open boxes, creates, and other containers and prepares parcels for shipping.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
