Job summary

TKC Holdings is seeking a Forklift Driver for on-site work in Madison, WI. Wage rate is $20.50/hour with benefits including Medical, Dental & Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and DailyPay.

You will operate stand-up forklifts, load and unload shipments, and keep accurate inventory while following safety procedures. Daily tasks include inspections, RF Scan Gun usage, and reporting issues to the Production Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE - REQUIRED.
• Valid forklift operator/driver certification is REQUIRED.
• Stand-Up Forklift experience REQUIRED.
• At least one (1) year safe forklift driver/operator experience REQUIRED.
• At least one (1) year experience in warehouse REQUIRED.
• Inventory/Cycle Counting experience PREFERRED.
• RF Scan Gun experience is REQUIRED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) PREFERRED.
• Ability to work: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm

• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

About This Position

Forklift Drivers will load and unload shipments, inventory control, picking and staging orders, and up keep. You will ensure safety while operating vehicles inside warehouse and report any deviations, hazards, or issues to the Production Manager, whether its quality or production related.

You will work onsite. You will report to the Operations Manager.
