Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Menasha, WI facility. This full-time, on-site role centers on safely operating forklifts and supporting shipping, receiving and order fulfillment across the warehouse.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with duties such as palletizing, loading/unloading trucks, and RF-scanned order picking. Growth opportunities exist in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of recent forklift experience.
• Experience operating material handling equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with order picking and RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Forklift Operator

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This position is primarily focused on safely operating forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stage, load, unload, and transport products throughout the facility. Candidates should be comfortable spending the majority of their shift on a forklift while supporting shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

Work Environment

This is a warehouse position where employees spend the majority of their shift operating forklifts and moving product throughout the facility. Additional responsibilities include order picking, palletizing, loading and unloading trucks, and general warehouse support. The role requires standing, walking, and lifting as needed while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and productivity.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Menasha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
