Purpose:

Do you have experience operating a forklift and want to be part of a dedicated team in a dynamic manufacturing environment? B&P Manufacturing is actively seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team in Cadillac, MI.

As a key contributor in our high-mix, high-volume facility specializing in Aerospace, Defense, and Material Handling Equipment, you will play a vital role in supporting multiple departments and ensuring efficient material movement throughout the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications Required:

• Forklift experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• US Citizenship

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $25-$28, based on experience, attitude, and skill set.
• Steady Hours: Monday – Thursday 5am-3pm.
• Overtime may be required occasionally but the employee will be compensated accordingly (time and a half).
