Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Associate in West Memphis, AR. The role involves safely operating forklifts, loading and unloading goods, and supporting inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will use RF scanners, assist with shipping/receiving, and ensure accuracy of inventory while adhering to safety procedures. Training shifts are provided, with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• 6 months to 1 year forklift experience required.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving environment preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Use an RF scanner to track products and shipments.
• Receive, store, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping.
• Check products and quantities for accuracy.
• Help with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM + Occasional overtime
Training Schedule:1st Shift | 6 AM – 2:30 PM for 2 weeks

• Must successfully complete forklift (PIT) training.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material-handling machinery.

As a Warehouse Forklift Associate you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations.
