Job summary

The Shelly Company in Ohio is seeking a Dispatch Associate to coordinate across sales, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations. You will schedule daily delivery routes and ensure product availability aligns with customer needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in a related role, forklift operation experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Overtime and lifting may be required; benefits include PTO, 401(k), disability coverage, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of field experience.
• Experience operating forklift.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
• Lifting may be required with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing all tasks necessary to ensure that all vehicles and drivers are safe and in compliance with all legal and regulatory agencies
• Receive/verify incoming materials for facility
• Maintain the yard in an orderly fashion
• Schedule workload
• Work closely with the production team to determine items ready for delivery
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules based on sale's request for product and product availability
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
