Job summary

The role requires forklift operation certification and strong clerical/ computer skills to support production and logistics. You will work with Production Control, Sales, and Operations to plan weekly shipments, resolve shipment errors, and ensure compliance with safety rules

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a shipping & receiving environment.
• Qualified and certified to operate a forklift truck (training provided).
• Clerical and basic computer abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate customer shipments and trucking needs.
• Prepare shipment paperwork and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Track shipments, provide PODs, and communicate issues to Operations.
• Maintain safety and follow all rules; prepare labels and BOL.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities related to trucking.
