Qualifications

Responsibilities
Use expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate equipment malfunction codes.
Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status.
Carry out routine equipment maintenance tasks such as tire rotations.
Conduct in-depth equipment inspections of all systems including engine and brakes.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Convey necessary equipment repair information to customers clearly.
