Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Warehouse Technician I for our Woodinville, WA facility. The role covers order pulling, receiving, shipping, labeling, inventory tracking, and safety compliance in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years warehousing experience, HazMat certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days, and TWL/RF gun experience. You will work with carriers, maintain FIFO, and ensure accurate on-time deliveries while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehousing experience in industrial, semiconductor or distribution.
• TWL/WMS experience with RF gun preferred.
• 2+ years inventory processing, cycle counting and reconciliation.
• HazMat certification or willingness to complete within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and DMV checks may be required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to workplace changes and maintain reliability.
• Familiarity with two-tier reporting and MS Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, ship, and receive hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Prepare freight bills and monitor accuracy of completion.
• Coordinate with freight carriers for on-time, safe, economical delivery.
• Ensure orders ship to correct customer locations, minimizing spills.
• Monitor bin locations, shelf life, FIFO, and cycle counts.
• Maintain forklift certification validity.
• Maintain HazMat/IATA training compliance where applicable.
• Follow all shipping/receiving compliance requirements.
• Assist with ISO quality assurance.
• Execute preventive maintenance and incident reporting for safety.
• Facilitate two-way communications with team and supervisors.
• Wear required safety gear and monitor warehouse safety.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties as assigned.
