Job summary

Mantrose Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading, unloading, and moving goods in a fast-paced facility. You will operate a forklift, manage inventory, and ensure accurate shipment records while maintaining safety on the dock.

Responsibilities include proper lot rotation, stack management, and collaboration with drivers and customer staff. Prior shipping/receiving experience and the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proficient in basic math and English.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload pallets and cartons using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Operate forklift to move, stack, stretch wrap, count items.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow safety rules.
• Ensure accurate recording and verification of shipments against paperwork.
• Assist with lot rotation (FIFO) and inventory control.
