Job summary

Mantrose Group in Elgin, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load and unload pallets and move goods using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand. You will ensure accurate records, follow safety rules, and maintain product quality during handling.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, forklift certification, and the ability to work with limited supervision. You will collaborate with supervisors to meet shipping schedules and inventory needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred (5 years).
• Ability to handle physical workload and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets, bags and cases using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Operate forklift to move, stack, stretch wrap and count items.
• Ensure shipments are recorded and verified against paperwork for incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Maintain safety and quality to minimize mis-picks and damages.
• Communicate with site supervisors about conditions and improvements.
