Job summary

GE Vernova in the United States is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to verify shipments, input data into ERP, and select carriers. You will prepare containers, affix labels, and route goods to manufacturing and internal departments to support production.

Qualifications include a High School diploma; forklift, reach stacker or crane certifications are a plus; SAP/ERP familiarity helps. You must lift 20–50 pounds, work overtime, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify and document incoming/outgoing shipments and input data into ERP.
• Determine shipment method, prepare containers, and arrange carrier services.
• Affix labels, weigh items, and route shipments to internal departments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in physical inventories.
• Operate forklift or related equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
