Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Shipping/Receiving/Inventory (S/R/I) Specialist to oversee the organization, receiving, and distribution of raw, finished, and serviced products in line with company policies.

You will perform shipping/receiving, use the MRP system, conduct cycle counts, label and palletize shipments, and maintain accurate inventory while collaborating with coworkers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates basic computer operation skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, confirm own workmanship, and meet deadlines as required.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, stores, packages, and transports products per policies to meet daily shipping requirements.
• Ensures proper packaging and labeling for safe delivery to customers/vendors.
• Verifies shipments against Purchase/Sales Orders and resolves discrepancies.
• Performs cycle counts and maintains inventory accuracy as necessary.
