POOLCORP is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Frisco, TX to support order fulfillment and inventory control. You will pull, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup, assist with loading, and help maintain accurate stock levels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, ensuring safety, and coordinating with teams to ensure timely deliveries. HS diploma required; forklift experience preferred; distribution/warehousing background helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to maneuver objects up to 100 lb.
• Follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, warehousing or general labor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading delivery trucks.
• Receive shipments and track inventory; conduct audits.
• Communicate with supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification; perform safety checks.
• Help keep the facility clean, safe, and efficient.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
