Job summary

A&A Global Industries is hiring Warehouse Operators in Cockeysville, MD. You will pick, pack and ship orders using RF scanners, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and keep an organized, safe warehouse environment. This full-time, non-exempt role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, preparing outbound shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; forklift certification or willingness

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners to accurately pick products from warehouse locations.
• Verify product quantities and quality before packing.
• Properly pack, seal, and label shipments according to company standards.
• Prepare outbound orders for timely and accurate shipment.
• Load and unload trailers and containers safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Transport materials throughout the facility as needed.
• Inventory & Organization: Stack and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain organized aisles and storage areas.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Equipment & Safety: Perform daily equipment inspections, including forklifts and other warehouse tools.
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment.
