Job summary

AEO is seeking a Forklift Operator to support the distribution center operations. Safely unload, load, warehouse, and stage merchandise using forklifts or manual methods as needed in a fast-paced DC environment.

Responsibilities include operating a stand-up forklift to replenish, load/unload trailers, sort and move product, maintain certifications, and ensure accuracy and attendance; additional duties may be assigned across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Previous distribution center experience preferred.
• Excellent counting skills and attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity and reliable attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, load, warehouse, and stage merchandise throughout the DC.
• Operate a stand-up forklift to replenish, load/unload trailers, and move product.
• Maintain required certifications to operate powered industrial trucks.
• Accurately sort, stage, load and unload inbound and outbound freight.
• Receive and warehouse merchandise into racks and floor locations.
• Ensure monthly production and quality standards are met.
• Be open to performing other duties as assigned.
