Job summary

HC Forklift America is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our East Brunswick, NJ facility. The role includes receiving, storing, and distributing forklifts and related components, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting clean, safe warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in a warehouse, a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand long. This onsite role offers hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification required.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Lift heavy objects; stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming forklifts and components.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for shipping.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant warehouse.
• Perform routine forklift maintenance and cosmetic care.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and team to meet goals.
• Contribute to regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow all company policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
