Job summary

Daikin Comfort seeks a Warehouse Associate in New Jersey to handle off-loading, put-away, picking, and staging while delivering professional customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, stocking items, cycle counts, completing Will Calls, processing paperwork, and adhering to safety PPE requirements. The role requires 1+ year of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification within 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift and other warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer material and products.
• Ensure all items are received per procedure and stocked in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and prepare cycle counts.
• Complete Will Calls.
• Process paperwork and transactions accurately and timely.
• Wear proper PPE and uniform at all times during shifts.
• Maintain warehouse and forklift with good housekeeping and safety procedures; report concerns to supervisor.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
• Follow SOPs, work processes and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
