Smart Delivery Service, Inc. in Crystal, MN is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced facility. You will receive shipments, put away stock, and prepare orders for outbound delivery while maintaining accurate inventory records.

This hands-on role requires forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 65 lbs, and a commitment to safety. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch, and earn $18/hour.

Qualifications

• Must have current sit-down forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for a full shift.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack (manual and/or electric).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips/POs.
• Putaway product to correct warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments.
• Scan products using handheld/barcode scanning equipment to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load and unload trucks — packages, pallets, and freight.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets and freight throughout the warehouse.
• Sort packages and freight by route, destination, or customer.
• Perform routine inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety-compliant.
