Job summary

The Imagine Group, LLC seeks a Shipping and Receiving Associate to verify and process shipments, manage inventory, and support dock operations. You will handle inbound and outbound goods, use UPS and FedEx systems, and ensure accuracy of packing lists and bills of lading.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a track record in fast-paced shipping environments, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Forklift certified or able to become forklift certified.
• Experience in shipping/warehouse in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient with UPS and FedEx shipping systems and coordinating with multiple carriers.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or pallet jack to unload and move inbound/outbound materials.
• Prepare items for shipment and generate packing lists and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with freight carriers and schedule pickups to meet deadlines.
• Maintain dock safety, cleanliness, and organized inventory.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality; resolve discrepancies with carriers.
• Process daily receiving entries and maintain receiving logs.
