Job summary

Multiquip Inc. in Lewisville, Texas, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate I to manage shipping operations for power equipment products.

You will pull, stage and prepare materials, coordinate with management and operate forklifts and basic cranes as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months of related experience in manufacturing or distribution, with SAP experience preferred and forklift certification required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–6 months experience in manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Experience with SAP (or similar software) desirable.
• Proficient in operating a forklift.
• Experience with heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performs the shipping process, including small parcels (UPS, FedEx), skids (LTL), and larger flat-bed / direct to customer loads.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares materials and paperwork.
• Must be able to communicate properly with levels of management.
• Basic knowledge of loading heavy equipment with a forklift and overhead crane.
• Assist in developing and executing methods/procedures to improve the Shipping/Receiving process.
• All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
