Magneti Marelli Parts & Services in Lewisburg, TN, is seeking a 3rd shift Material Handler to support the Supply Chain and Logistics team. You will operate forklift equipment to move materials to production lines and help maintain a safe, organized workplace.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, forklift experience, strong basic math and communication skills, and can work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift/tow motor experience required; Marelli certification obtainable.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication skills with all production staff.
• Basic math and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/tow motor safely to transport materials and components to production lines.
• Ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials to meet production schedules.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized working environment compliant with Marelli 5S.
• Collaborate with supervisors, line leaders, specialists, and fellow team members to support production needs.
• Set basic parameters of machinery in accordance with production specifications.
• Respond promptly to additional work assignments as requested by management.
• Comply with physical requirements and production demands including overtime as needed.
• Demonstrate basic grammar and math skills required for the role.
