Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep manufacturing processes running smoothly on the production floor and in maintenance areas. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing equipment used to transform sheet metal into HVAC components and requires adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance, installing and maintaining production machinery, and diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; apprenticeship preferred.
• Associate degree in maintenance is advantageous.
• Minimum of three years' experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance.
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics is a plus.
• HVAC system knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill maintenance work orders and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facilities.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace defective components, and adjust machinery.
• Respond promptly to equipment and building emergencies; document actions taken.
