Anchor Fabrication in Walnut, MS is seeking a highly motivated Kitter for a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You will ensure end products meet exact specifications by kitting, counting, picking, and packing with careful attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities include using a computer to pull orders, matching part numbers, labeling items, reporting shortages, and maintaining accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• Ability to correctly match component part numbers to work orders.
• Label bins or bags with identification information.
• Proficient computer skills (data entry, web browsing).
• Experience with inventory management and material handling.
• Able to operate a forklift and pass certification.
• Cycle counting experience and strong training retention.
• Punctual, dependable attendance and teamwork.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, kit, cycle count, pick and pack components.
• Use computer to pull part numbers and work orders.
• Read and match electronic component part numbers to orders.
• Pick components for hand or machine assembly per work order.
• Report inventory shortages and damaged materials.
• Perform other related duties as instructed.
