Job summary

KeyStaff, Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Kitter in Georgetown, TX to prepare and organize materials for production. You will follow BOMs, assemble kits, and ensure timely delivery to production teams.

Ideal candidates have electronic assembly or production experience, can read schematics and work instructions, and maintain accurate records using Excel and the Optail system. This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous electronic assembly experience.
• Previous production or assembly experience.
• Must pass a reading comprehension exam.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Ability to read schematics, work instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigating computer systems.
• Ability to complete checklists and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Kit preparation for production orders per BOM and work instructions.
• Inventory management and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Quality control of parts before kit assembly.
• Assemble and package components for production.
• Complete checklists, packing lists and work orders accurately.
• Coordinate with teams to prioritize orders and ensure timely delivery.
