Job summary

Anchor Fabrication Fort Worth is seeking a Parts Kitter for our Shipping department. The role supports production by receiving, kitting, and cycle counting parts, ensuring accurate part numbers and timely availability to meet customer specs.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced fabrication shop, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Primary duties include pulling components for welded and machined assemblies, labeling bins and pallets, and reporting shortages.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory and materials in a fabrication or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment and perform cycle counts.
• Proficiency with basic computer usage and reading work orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, kitting, cycle counting of components and materials.
• Pull components for welded and machine assembled work orders.
• Label bins, bags and pallets; report shortages and damaged materials.
• Use computer systems to match part numbers to work orders.
• Report inventory discrepancies and support shop floor activities.
