Job summary

Lowe’s in the United States is hiring for a hardware associate role focused on order fulfillment and customer service. You will pick, stage, and inspect orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, while maintaining safe staging areas and clear communication with customers and teammates.

The role requires basic computer use, familiarity with retail tech, ability to obtain powered equipment certification, and a focus on safety and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience with basic data entry and navigation
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech (phones, tablets)
• Certification for powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle) or ability to obtain it

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers and connecting them to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
