Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in warehouse roles.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment up to 75 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect arriving stock to verify accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Brand media and shipping boxes.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Unpack and prepare equipment (Dell, Rimage, Epson) for sales orders.
• Pack outgoing shipments with all components and accessories.
• Follow checklists for palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and strapping.
• Manage accessories email inbox and customer communications.
• Ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed.
• Provide backup coverage for other Fulfillment duties.
