Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in order processing, logistics, or operations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Salesforce, and shipping platforms (FedEx/UPS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and vendors.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple order streams and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer orders across product lines from receipt to invoicing.
• Create shipping labels and shipping documentation for warehouse fulfillment.
• Coordinate LTL and freight shipments and track billing.
• Partner with leadership to improve order processing workflows.
• Maintain inventory and assist procurement tasks as time allows.
• Provide backup support for office admin and customer inquiries.
