Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is hiring for an associate role. The position involves picking, staging, and fulfilling customer orders with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy. You will assist customers, validate orders, and connect them with the appropriate associates to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires certification for powered equipment and familiarity with retail technology. It offers opportunities to contribute to inventory accuracy and participate in safety programs

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, and connecting customers with the right associates
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, order follow-ups, and locker management
• Achieve daily responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork
• May be assigned other duties to support the business
