Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of basic computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying information).
• Six months of experience with common retail tech (smartphones, tablets).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and guiding customers to associates.
• Operate and certify power equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
