Heart of Texas Goodwill is seeking a Production Team Member to efficiently receive, sort, grade, and prepare donated merchandise for retail. You will assist donors, manage clothing stock, and document items according to procedures.

The role requires safety awareness, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the forklift certification. All educational backgrounds are accepted, with up to one month of related experience. This is a full‑time on-site position in Texas.

Responsabilidades

• Process donations via receiving, sorting, grading, and preparing items for retail sale.
• Hang clothing on racks and maintain stock for the store.
• Document donations on production sheets and follow standard operating procedures.
• Operate baling machine for material compression when assigned; palletize and track materials for transport.
• Price and move furniture to the retail floor; ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area.
