Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Fork Lift Operator in South Charlotte. The role involves operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, packing and labeling orders, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with a pay rate of $18/hour.

Qualifications include 2 years forklift experience, ability to operate pallet jacks, and adherence to safety guidelines. Protective footwear required and training provided for pallet jack use.

Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Pack mining bits and wear tools according to company standards
• Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing
• Operate sit down and stand up forklift to move materials
• Label, organize, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Strong attention to detail
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
• Protective shoes required (steel‑toe or composite)
• Gloves provided, or you may bring your own
• Appropriate attire: jeans, slacks, and t‑shirts are acceptable
• 2 Years Forklift Experience
