Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring a Fork Lift Operator in South Charlotte. The role features a steady Monday–Friday schedule and first shift. You will inspect items, operate forklifts to move materials, and prepare orders for shipment, all while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Applicants should have 2+ years of stand-up forklift experience, plus the ability to operate pallet jacks and follow safety procedures. Warehouse experience is preferred; protective footwear is required.

Qualifications

Fork Lift Operator

Pay: $19/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, First shift

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing


• Operate sit down and stand up forklift to move materials


• Label, organize, and prepare orders for shipment


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area


• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency


• Strong attention to detail


• Warehouse experience preferred


• Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks (training provided if needed)


• Protective shoes required (steel‑toe or composite)


• Gloves provided, or you may bring your own


• Appropriate attire: jeans, slacks, and t‑shirts are acceptable
