ManpowerGroup in Renwick, IA is seeking a Fork Lift Operator to join a farm logistics operation. You will operate a forklift, perform inspections, and help manage inventory while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires flexibility to rotate through three shifts with specific start times and duties including data entry via WMS and routine equipment maintenance. This is a hands-on warehouse position with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Ability to count accurately when moving inventory and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to read scales and follow instructions for correct handling and placement of materials.
• Alert, safety-minded operation of a forklift, including driving in a safe manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work in tighter, confined spaces with a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic maintenance and cleaning of the forklift to keep equipment in reliable working condition.

• Support warehouse needs as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead, including tasks such as sampling, inventory, and cleaning.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and follow emergency procedures when necessary.

Our client, agricultural manufacturing and logistics operations is seeking a Fork Lift Operator in Renwick, Iowa to join their team. As a Fork Lift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting day-to-day material handling, inventory movement, and safe operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment, and the drive to keep accurate records while moving products.

Job Title: Fork Lift OperatorRenwick Iowa

Location: Renwick, IA

Pay Range: $19.00/hour

Shift: Must be able to rotate all 3 shifts every two weeks. 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm; 2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm; 3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am
