Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse High Reach Forklift Operator in Warrensburg, MO for 2nd shift. You will manage inbound/outbound freight, replenish slots, and ensure safe, accurate handling of goods using RF/PDA devices.

Responsibilities include daily PIT checks, reporting equipment issues, and maintaining productivity logs. Stand up or high reach experience is required, along with the ability to lift 50–60 lbs and work eight hours per shift.

• Scan pallets correctly, replenish modules, and report discrepancies.

Ready to take ownership of warehouse flow and keep operations moving safely and efficiently? Our client is seeking a Warehouse High Reach Forklift Operator to join their team in Warrensburg, MO. In this role, you'll help maintain consistent replenishment of bulk and repack pick slots and reserve slots, support store service levels, and contribute to a clean, organized, safety-first forklift department. Job Title: Warehouse High Reach Forklift Operator

Pay Range: $21.00/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 3 PM-11:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Put away or remove freight from the Receiving dock and replenish Bulk and Repack pick slots and reserve slots to maintain a consistent workflow and timely store service.
• Use Radio Frequency (RF) devices or Personal Data Assistant (PDA) units as applicable to support accurate movement and placement of freight.
• Complete the daily PIT checklist, report any equipment defects to management and/or maintenance, and operate PIT equipment safely.
• Transport labeled freight from the dock to its assigned storage or shipment location and complete the Daily Activity Log to track individual productivity.
• Scan each pallet license correctly, replenish modules with the correct freight that is free of damage, and report discrepancies (wrong slot, slot overflow, license number not on file, etc.) to the proper personnel.

What's Needed?

• Stand Up or High Reach experience (required).
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.
• Previous warehouse experience (preferred).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8 hours per shift.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
