Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Cary, NC is seeking a Forklift Operator to join its shipping and receiving team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires 2+ years of forklift experience, ability to lift 60 lbs, and familiarity with inventory systems.

Pay ranges from $20 to $21.50 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits after 90 days. The position offers a rotating schedule (7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM) with opportunities for overtime and potential for a long-term role.

• 2+ years of sit-down/stand-up forklift experience.
• Minimum of 6 months in a distribution environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft or warehouse information systems.
• Ability to lift at least 60 lbs throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Load materials into trucks, secure with strapping and padding.
• Move materials/pallets using forklift or electric pallet jack between departments.
• Assist with staging, banding skids, moving items and cleaning scraps as needed.
• Enter inventory records in MIS system.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse and forklift experience andwillingness to work in fast pacedenvironment.

Job Title: FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Location: CARY, NC

Pay Range:$20/HR-$21.50/HR

Schedule:7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM(2ON/2OFF/3ON)

What’s the Job?

• Load materials into trucks, install strapping & padding to prevent product damage
• Transport materials/pallets using a forklift or electric pallet jack from one department to another
• Assist with staging, banding skids, moving items & cleaning scrapas needed.
• Using the computer & MIS systemto properly enter inventory records.

What’s Needed?

• 2+years of sit-down/stand up forklift and electric pallet jack experience.
• Minimum of 6 months working in a distribution environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft or warehouse information systems
• Ability to lift at least 60lbs throughout shift.
