Job summary

KOBELCO Aluminum Automotive Products LLC in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Process Tech to assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues during manufacturing. You will focus on improving cycle times at machines through process improvements such as robot programming.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Forging or stamping environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fanuc Handling Tool & Motoman DX-100 certifications preferred.
• 5 years related experience in trouble shooting and robot programming.

Responsibilities

• Help launch new products and assist in modifications on dies when needed.
• Reduce cycle time during manufacturing and scrap through process improvements.
• Perform process audits and report nonconformances to production staff.
• Utilize forging process knowledge to manage safety, quality, and production.
