Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years forging experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Basic tool use and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to pass 180 hrs of OJT training.

Responsibilities

• Operate 6300T Sumitomo or 5000T Kurimoto forge presses.
• Record production, scrap, and downtime accurately.
• Perform interval measurements of WIP and document trends.
• Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures.
• Communicate faults and report changes to maintenance.
