Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines, fixturing, tooling, program loading, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor product quality and provide feedback to keep processes consistent.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support lubrication systems.
• Assist with training and development of staff.
• Conduct SPC checks and product verification; maintain 5S workplace.
• Support production calls, breaks, and material handling as needed.
