Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Forge Line Operator to support forging operations at our Ridgway facility. The role requires operating and maintaining forging equipment, performing machine adjustments, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.

You will document production activity, inspect parts, and support process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in manufacturing, with familiarity with LOTO procedures,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forging equipment and perform machine/tooling adjustments to meet production targets and quality goals.
• Conduct quality inspections and data entry to validate process compliance.
• Follow LOTO and safety procedures; maintain 5S standards in the work area.
• Set up modules and tooling as required; monitor lubrication and machine parameters.
• Enter inspection and production data into Plex system and maintain process records.
