Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking an Auxiliary Crew member to support forging operations. You will verify die assemblies, assist setup and teardown of press dies, and ensure lubrication and material centering are correct to keep production flowing safely.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 35 pounds, and rotating shifts. Pay starts at $23 per hour with $1 shift premium for off shifts; safety and procedure compliance are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify dies are assembled in the press using the setup sheet or blueprint.
• Assist press operator with die setup and teardown; ensure alignment of throat opening and guide tube.
• Check lubrication equipment and lubricate dies per procedure.
• Center material in the press during loading for forging.
• Read blueprints to build and break down die stacks.
• Stack parts and spray coat as required.
