Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Conservation and Natural Resources seeks a Partnership and Collaboration Coordinator to strengthen forest planning, public engagement, and cross‑agency collaboration across the Commonwealth. You will support planning decisions, coordinate outreach, and help guide natural resource management with diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Natural Resource Program Specialist 1 or equivalent.
• 3 years of professional experience in natural resource management or natural resource education with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach across multiple groups to support shared conservation goals.
• Develop strong connections with partners to identify ideas and opportunities.
• Gather and review feedback to understand public needs for planning guidance.
• Facilitate staff discussions and training to improve workplace communication.
• Support forest resource planning by reviewing information and identifying key trends.
