Job summary

Emerald Tree & Shrub Care, based in Westchester County, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to work alongside our Board-Certified Master Arborist on premier properties in New York and Connecticut. You will support client relationships, visit sites for evaluations and treatments, prepare proposals and presentations, and help coordinate scheduling and ongoing care for high‑profile clients.

Qualifications

• Background in landscaping, horticulture, arboriculture, or property care.
• Hands-on knowledge of trees and ornamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Arborist in managing client relationships and satisfaction.
