Job summary

EFI Global is a leading engineering, fire investigation and environmental services firm seeking a Forensic Engineering Consultant. The role conducts forensic investigations—including failure analysis, evidence examination, and report authoring to support the evaluation of failures, insurance claims and legal matters.

You will support licensed engineers and work with local offices as you expand expertise across disciplines in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Four (4) years of experience in structural engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication, plus ability to write clear reports.
• Able to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conducts forensic investigations, failure analyses, and prepares engineering reports.
• Supports licensed engineers and local office in investigations and reporting.
• Builds expertise across engineering disciplines to advance skills.
