Job summary

Withum is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Forensic and Valuation Services Group. The role is a hybrid position with offices across the United States, including San Francisco, CA.

The Senior Manager will oversee investigations, develop forensic plans, and work with Principals and Partners to advance matters. Ideal candidates have a CPA, 10–12 years in economic damages or disputes, and at least 5 years of team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA License required.
• ASA, ABV or CVA credential preferred.
• CFE or CFF credential a plus.
• 10–12 years' experience in economic damages and/or business disputes.
• At least 5 years of managing an economic damages / business disputes team.
• Testifying experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Market facing with strong analytical skills and business development ability.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients and counsel to obtain documents.
• Developing a forensic plan and leading a team to implement it.
• Summarizing and interpreting financial information and records.
• Developing forensic accounting and dispute/economic damage analysis.
• Assisting in the preparation of expert reports and related deliverables.
• Critiquing opposing expert reports for rebuttal purposes.
• Assisting with deposition and trial preparation.
