Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current RN license in state of employment or compact state (required).
• 2 years of RN experience in related settings (required).

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessment; analyzes data and plans care.
• Administers medications safely per policy and standards.
• Serves as point of contact for patient care coordination across hospital departments.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams including medical professionals, social services, and legal practitioners.
• Maintains quality assurance through participation in peer reviews and documentation reviews.
• Provides education to patients, families, and staff on trauma-related care and violence prevention.
