Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Nursing (required).
• Current RN license in state of work or compact license.
• Valid State Driver’s License (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; SANE-A/SANE-P within one year.
• GFN-C/AFN-C certification to be obtained within one year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer medications safely per state practice and policies.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments and teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and community partners.
• Participate in quality assurance and ensure documentation meets ANA/IAFN standards.
• Apply nursing process to assess, diagnose, and treat patients across lifespan.
