Qualifications

  • Must complete Forensic Certified Peer Specialist training within 6 months of hire if not already certified.

Responsibilities

  • Promote recovery principles with members, providers, and stakeholders.
  • Provide recovery coaching and assist in recovery management and goal setting.
  • Identify and reconnect to natural supports, including peer supports and self-help groups.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with navigating mental health and D&A service systems.
  • Travel throughout the region and document services using electronic health record software.
  • Work limited to adults; collaborate with teams and family members as needed.
