Oklahoma Forensic Center in Vinita, OK seeks an Assistant Director of Forensic Psychology to lead statewide forensic mental health services. This full-time, in-person leadership role reports to the facility medical director, supervising multiple psychologist positions and coordinating with program directors to deliver high-quality evaluations and treatment.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (APA-accredited), 4+ years post-doctoral forensic experience, and

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (APA-accredited) with internship supervision by a licensed psychologist.
• Minimum of 4 years post-doctoral specialized training in forensic evaluation or treatment.
• At least 2 years of licensure as a psychologist and demonstrated experience in forensic evaluations and expert testimony.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports to facility medical director.
• Supervise a minimum of 5 psychologist direct reports and 2 therapeutic team leads.
• Oversee inpatient observation and evaluation processes and court-ordered competency evaluations.
• Lead program development and ensure timeliness of risk assessments per policy.
• Collaborate with NGRI and Restoration program directors to align services.
